Trafficking Awareness Day

Today is Trafficking Awareness Day put on by the Missouri Highway Patrol. Sergeant Mike Mitchell told Regional Radio some of what they do to catch and put a stop to this terrible crime.

If you suspect someone you see or know is being trafficked, Sergeant Mitchell says it’s always better to call than not. The hotline for trafficking-related suspicion is 1-888-373-7888.
