Traffic stop leads to drug arrest
A trooper on routine patrol on Highway 5 near Bear Paw Road, pulled over a vehicle, and ended up arresting the driver. According to the report filed with Camden County Courts, on Wednesday, the driver identified as Blair Skinner was found to have a revoked drivers license, and was on probation for possession of a controlled substance, and firearms. When the trooper spoke with Skinner and performed a search of her purse, he seized a small baggie with a crystal substance presumed to be methamphetamine, and a pill identified as a schedule 4 controlled substance. Skinner was arrested and taken to jail. Skinner is charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance with a bond of $50-thousand-dollars surety.
