Traffic Stop leads to drug arrest in Lebanon

A woman from Grovespring is facing felony charges after being pulled over by a Lebanon Police Officer. According to the officer report they were dispatched to a location for a possible intoxicated driver. The vehicle had reportedly almost caused accidents. The officer pulled over the vehicle in the area of Booten and Millcreek and spoke with the driver, identified as Denise Ann Jones. The officer searched the woman’s truck and seized a spoon with white residue. He also found a bottle of pills that were identified as a controlled substance in a jacket, and a pill bottle that contained additional controlled substance and syringes in a purse. Jones has been charged with 2 counts of felony possession of a controlled substance.
