Charges are pending after a car was pulled over on Bennett Street on Sunday. According to Lebanon Police, an officer pulled over a vehicle for expired registration. The passengers of the vehicle gave consent to search the vehicle and their persons. According to the arresting officer, a glass smoking device with residue was located on a passenger and field tested positive for methamphetamine. The passenger was arrested. The driver and passengers were issued citations to appear in the Laclede County Associate Court.
