Sleep is something that everyone needs to survive. It’s a critical part of our lives. One part of the year where many people suffer is Daylight Savings Time. It’s that time of year again coming up early Sunday morning. Dr. Lirong Zhu, medical director of Mercy Sleep Center, talks more about what you can do to make sure you get a good night’s rest this weekend.

Daylight Savings Time starts this Sunday, March 8th, when clocks roll forward an hour at 2 am.  Remember, when you change your clock, change your batteries in your smoke detectors.
