Three people have been arrested following an investigation by the Rolla Area Drug Enforcement Task Force, the Rolla Police Department, and the Phelps County Sheriff’s Department. The long-term investigation led to the execution of a search warrant in the 14-hundred block of Highway 72 in Rolla on April 28th, which led to the seizure of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and illicit prescription pills. 26-year-old, Christian L. Howard, is charged with two counts of Trafficking a Controlled Substance and one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also arrested on an unrelated Dent County warrant for Delivery of a Controlled Substance. His bond is set at a half-million dollars. 30-year-old, Chelsae R. Wofford, was arrested for two counts of Trafficking a Controlled Substance and one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Her bond was also set at a half-million dollars. 30-year-old, Dylan M. Reeves, was arrested on unrelated Phelps County warrants for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Delivery of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of a Controlled Substance. No bond amount was provided for Reeves.
