Three from Hartville injured in Highway 5 accident

A one-vehicle accident at 2:30 Tuesday, eleven miles south of Lebanon on Highway 5 seriously injured 3 Hartville residents, including 2 children. The Missouri Highway Patrol says a 2008 Nissan Armada driven by 34-year-old Frances K. Quintanilla ran off the left side of the highway and overturned down an embankment. Quintanilla was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield, two juveniles in her vehicle, both under the age of 10 were airlifted to Mercy Springfield. All were wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident.
