A Waynesville woman was arraigned in court in Pulaski County on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance. 29 year old Emily Marie Mounce is accused of possessing heroin, with the intent to distribute on June 22nd.

A Waynesville man was arraigned in court in Pulaski County on a charge of possession of controlled substances. 50 year old Larry Kirkpatrick is accused of possessing heroin on August 5th. Court records indicate Kirkpatrick is a prior drug offender, having been found guilty of felony offense relating to a controlled substance in May, 2017. Judge Colin Long set Larry Kirkpatrick’s status of counsel hearing for December 3rd.

A Lebanon man was arraigned in Court in Pulaski county on a charge of violation of an order of protection. 35 year old Adam Charles Allee is accused of violating terms and conditions of an order of protection by prohibiting communication of the defendent, with a previous conviction of an order of protection in 2018. Judge Colin Long set Adam Allee’s bond at $50,000 and scheduled an order of protetion.
