Three cases in front of Judge Colin Long in Pulaski County
41-year-old Michael Shaun Kempker of Columbia has been arraigned in Circuit Court in Waynesville on a charge of criminal non-support. Court documents allege that Kempker failed to pay $6,275.48 that he was ordered to pay in child support. Kempker entered a not guilty plea and his case was scheduled for a counsel status hearing on January 11th of next year by Judge Colin Long.
24-year-old Jocelyn May Scott of Springfield has been arraigned in Circuit Court in Waynesville on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Court documents alleged that she possessed more than 35 grams of marijuana on or about April 3rd of this year. Scott entered a not guilty plea and Judge Colin Long scheduled her case for a counsel status hearing on January 11th of next year.
44-year-old David Henry Lee Holmes has been arraigned in Circuit Court in Waynesville for failure to register as a sex offender. Holmes entered a not guilty plea. Judge Colin Long ordered Holmes to personally appear on January 11th at a counsel status hearing. His case has been scheduled for a bond review hearing this Thursday in Circuit Court.
