Three cases before Judge Colin Long in Pulaski County Court

A Waynesville man appeared in court in Pulaski County on unlawful possession of a firearm. 46-year-old Robert Knapp is accused of possessing a Taurus 9 millimeter handgun, in violation of a previous conviction for possession. Judge Colin Long set Robert Knapp’s counsel of status hearing for December 6th and a Bond review hearing for November 29th.

A Richland man appeared in court in Pulaski County on charges of Trafficking and possession of a controlled substance. 47-year-old Randy Phillips is accused of possessing more than 35 grams of marijuana and attempting to distribute 90 grams or more of methamphetamine to others on October 8th. Judge Colin Long set Randy Phillips Bond at $400,000 and set a status of counsel hearing for December 6th, and a bond review hearing for November 29th.
