Three arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court before Judge Colin Long

30-year-old Justin Bradford of Devils Elbow has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Court documents allege that on July 20, Bradford knowingly possessed methamphetamine, a controlled substance. Bradford entered a plea of not guilty to the charge. Judge Colin Long scheduled a council status hearing for April 11th and a preliminary hearing for April 24th.

45-year-old Erica Lynn Wimer of St. Robert has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court on charges of forgery and stealing. Court documents allege that on December 28th, 2022, Wimer completed a Missouri Treasury Check with the purpose to defraud, purported to have been made by an authority who did not give such authority. Court documents further allege that Wimer appropriated a Visa Gift Card debit card issued to another without the consent of that person, and with the purpose to deprive that person of the card. Wimer entered a plea of not guilty to the charges. Judge Colin Long has scheduled a counsel status hearing for April 11th, and a preliminary hearing for April 24th.
