Thomas John “Tom” Clutter, 46 of Richland, MO, passed away Sunday, September 1, 2024 in his home in Richland.

Celebration of Life services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, September 7, 2024 in the Memorial Chapel of Richland. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Memorial Chapel of Richland.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, September 7, 2024 in the Memorial Chapel of Richland.

Mr. Clutter is survived by his wife: Tiffany Clutter of Richland, MO; mother: Carol Fay (John) of Gravois Mills, MO; brother: Mike Clutter (Lisa) of Mokena, IL; sister: Angela (Clutter) Dall of Manhattan, KS; mother-in-law: Marge Brandall of Manteno, IL; grandmother-in-law: Granny Hickstein of Prairie Grove, AR; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
