There will be a blood donation opportunity this week in Waynesville. The Community Blood Center of the Ozarks will be seeking blood donations this Wednesday from 10 a-m to 3 p-m, in the parking lot of Waynesville Medical Plaza, 1000 G-W Lane Street. Successful donors will receive a soft and warm CBCO Hoodie, while supplies last, perfect for the cold days ahead. Donors will be able to take the 56-Day Challenge to have a chance to win a one-thousand-dollar VISA gift card. Masks are required for this drive. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you.
Appointments are strongly encouraged for this blood drive but are not necessary. Make an appointment to give at www.cbco.org/donate-blood. CBCO donors provide all the blood for patients at dozens of healthcare facilities across the Ozarks.
