There is a new way Laclede County residents can file their assessment forms. County Assessor Julie Rayl-Gilstrap explains

The Laclede County Assessor’s Office has announced a new way that residents can file their assessment forms. County Assessor Julie Rayl-Gilstrap says residents should be receiving a letter with instructions in the mail over the next couple of weeks….
She said the property that you will be listing on the assessment form is what you own on January 1st 2021…
Gilstrap said you will also need to enter any address changes. If you have any questions call the office of the Laclede County Assessor. While residents have the option to enter your assessment form on-line, you also have the option of mailing the form in or putting the form in the box located at the second street entrance of the courthouse.
