The two Waynesville-area residents on suspicion of child molestation have been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Court

The two Waynesville-area residents who were arrested earlier this week on suspicion of child molestation have been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Court in Waynesville. 28-year-old Marshall Hunter Nightingale was arraigned on two counts of the class B felony of child molestation in the second degree. He pleaded not guilty to the charges. Judge Colin Long ordered Marshall Nightingale to personally appear for a counsel status hearing on December 19th and a preliminary hearing on January 8th.
His wife, the 36-year-old Charlotte Nightingale, was arraigned in court on one count of the class B felony of child molestation in the second degree, to which she entered a not guilty plea. Judge Long also set her counsel status hearing for December 19th and a preliminary hearing on January 8th.
