The Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney has charged a Texas man with felony counts of identity theft and stealing

The Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney’s office has charged a Texas man with felony counts of identity theft and stealing. The charges have been levied against Drayton Howard of Missouri City, Texas, who allegedly used the identity of another person and withdrew 4-thousand dollars from that account at the Navy Federal Credit Union branch on Marshall Drive in St. Robert back on December 2nd of 2022. Then, he allegedly went outside and withdrew an additional 1-thousand dollars from the ATM at the bank. According to court documents, St. Robert officers said a Navy Federal Senior Investigator told them that Howard had stolen from Navy Federal at least 31 times in multiple states for a total of $91,906.08. A criminal summons has been issued for Howard to appear in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court in Waynesville on April 19th.
