The Lebanon Elks Lodge is offering a “Vile of Life”

When someone suffers a medical condition time is of essence in saving that person’s life. The Lebanon Elks Lodge through their Beacon Grant is offering a Vile of Life packet in a time of emergency. Karen Nixon with the Lebanon Elks Lodge says, it has been a life saver for some in the community:
