The City of Lebanon should be able to recover storm related cost

With a disaster declaration in place for Laclede County, the City of Lebanon should be able to recover some of the costs associated with the May 4th storms. The storm cost the City a significant amount of money due to damage to the electric infrastructure….

Lebanon City Administrator Mike Schumacher said they are still finding damage to the system….

The disaster declaration will allow the City of Lebanon to apply for reimbursement for cost related to restoring power and repairing the system; however, Schumacher said it may be several months before they start to see the money.
