The Armed Services YMCA will be presenting a field of flags, arranged in the style of Arlington National Cemetery this Veterans Day

The Armed Services YMCA will be presenting a field of flags, arranged in the style of Arlington National Cemetery this Veterans Day. Each flag will be available for sponsorship to allow you to recognize a hero in your life. A 3×5 flag will be arranged in precision rows in the field on November 10th through 13th. Executive Director Zach Guller of the Armed Forces YMCA of Missouri says that the field is “honorable” and “patriotic”.

In observance of Veterans Day, the flags will be placed at USO Chimney Park in St Robert. The public will be allowed to walk through the Field of Heroes. Photos will be permitted.

All proceeds will go to support programs for the families of our services members stationed at Fort Leonard Wood.
