Thanksgiving traffic accident counting begins Wednesday at 6 pm

This evening begins the extended Thanksgiving holiday travel period across the country. Triple-A predicts nearly 49 million people are expected to travel by car.
In Missouri, the holiday traffic accident counting period begins at 6 o’clock this evening. State Highway Patrol Troop I Information and Education Officer, Sergeant Mike Mitchell, says the patrol will be out in full force.
