Texas Co pedestrian seriously injured
A Texas County man was seriously injured when he was hit by a truck late Thursday afternoon, 3 miles south of Licking. According to the Highway Patrol, a truck drien by 58 year old Gary Riden was traveling on Highway P, and slowed when approaching machinery near the road. At the same time, 75 year old Robert Malikowski of Beulah, walked into the road and was hit by Riden’s truck. Malikowski was airlifted to Cox South in Springfield for treatment of serious injuries.
