Tax Credits approved for the Lebanon’s Allen Building

One of the more important steps to allowing the Allen Lofts project to move forward has been realized. The Missouri Department of Economic Development has approved tax credits, for Allen Lofts now that the project has received approval from the National Parks Service and the Missouri State Historic Preservation Office. Lebanon REDI Director Brian Thompson.

The proposed project will include the development of loft apartments and commercial space in the building. The former Rice-Stix factory, and H.D. Lee Building in Downtown Lebanon, is on the National Register of Historic Places. The developer for the redevelopment project is Capstone Development Group.
