Tax Center for Military Family, and Retirees

The New Year is approaching and that means tax season is right around the corner. Fort Leonard Wood will once again operate a tax center that will provide free tax return assistance, but this year services will be a little different. Public Relations with U.S. Army Fort Leonard Wood Major John France says that this year the tax center will be open to military families, and veterans.
The tax center will have guided self-service on two specific days.
France says there will be no sit-down tax filing.
The tax center will open on January 22nd and run through April 15th. Operating times will be Monday through Thursday from 9-3 p.m.
The tax center is located at 316 Missouri Avenue building 315 in Fort Leonard Wood.
