Tampow Murder Trial delayed

The trial of murder suspect Mark Tampow has been continued to late October 2024. Tampow was arrested following an investigation into the shooting death of his girlfriend, 53 year old Brenda Rogers of Lebanon. Rogers was found dead in a home in the 500 Block of Polk Street on August 13th, when police responded to a call about shots being fired in the home. It was reported that the two were arguing prior to the gun shot that left Rogers fatally wounded. This week, Tampow’s attorney entered a motion to have the jury trial postponed to begin October 28th.
