The Missouri Department of Transportation will be adding a treatment to help make curves safer as more people hit the road this spring and summer. It’s a high friction treatment that will be added to several locations along I-70 through July 1st in order to increase motorist safety on several busy mid-Missouri highways. The same high friction will be added to curves on T-Highway in Pulaski County. All work will take place from 8 p-m to 6 a-m, with intermittent, single-lane closures where crews are operating. Surface treatment work is scheduled to be complete in three weeks.
