Suspicious fires in Phelps County

A series of fires this summer extending into this past weekend has the attention of fire and law enforcement in Phelps County. This Saturday a 150-acre fire was believed to have been set south of Rolla. Upwards of 15 suspicious fires have been reported since this summer and fire officials are investigating.
