Sunrise Beach Fire Board has an opening

The Sunrise Beach Fire Protection District has announced an opening on the Board of Directors. During an emergency meeting last week, the board accepted the resignation of Director Brian Layman. Layman notified the board that he is moving out of the Sunrise Beach Fire Protection District. The remaining directors Denise Dill and Bob Hemen will select a member of the community to fill the vacant position until the election in 2022 when Layman’s term would have expired. The Board’s next meeting will be the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors on July 20th, at 5:30 pm.
