Stoutland Woman Facing Charges

A 37-year-old Stoutland woman was taken into custody early yesterday morning by members of the Missouri Highway Patrol. Amethyst R. Garrett is facing charges of trafficking methamphetamine, felony endangering the welfare of a child, felony unlawful possession of a firearm, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Garrett was taken to the Laclede County Jail and placed on a 23-hour hold.
