Storms cause power outages

Storms that have been sweeping the area for the past couple days caused some minor power outages across the area. Byron Dudley with Laclede Electric Cooperative said the outages affected several locations off and on….

Any time there is a storm and power lines are downed or there are tree limbs in the power line, residents are reminded to be cautious, don’t cross into the area where the line is down and contact the electric company.
