Storm Shelter Construction at Boswell School Continues
The Lebanon R-3 School District continues on plans to construct a storm shelter at Boswell Elementary School. Still, Superintendent David Schmitz said with the cost of materials rising; they expect the project cost to increase.

Schmitz said the structure should be complete within a couple of years. When it’s done, the storm shelter will double as a library.
