Storms with 70 to 90 mile per hour winds on Monday, caused a swath of damage across the area, with one of the hardest-hit areas being the City of Lebanon. Power lines were snapped in half like twigs, entire trees fell on homes and vehicles, roofs were blown off businesses and homes, and tractor-trailers were overturned on I-44. The damage from the straight-line winds was devastating for some, but thankfully no lives were lost in Lebanon.
