Lebanon Police recovered a stolen vehicle, during an investigation on Monday. According to Police, an officer responded to the 16-hundred block of Amy Drive for a report of a suspicious vehicle that parked in a man’s driveway. The man reported that a couple came to his door and said their vehicle was broken down and asked if they could leave it until the morning. He said they returned a couple of times, driving different vehicles and took items from the parked vehicle, removing the tires and wheels, and siphoning gas out of it. When the officer ran a computer check on the vehicle, it was found to be stolen on December 22nd, and was registered to a residence in Laclede County. The investigation is continuing.
