Stockton Man Dead In Lake Accident

A 40-year-old Stockton man has died following an incident at a boat ramp access on Stockton Lake. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, the incident occurred on Saturday afternoon at around 4:30 p.m. at the Highpoint boat ramp access, three miles northwest of Aldrich. When Caleb Mantonya’s truck rolled backward into Stockton Lake and submerged in the water. The Highway Patrol reports that a medical condition may have led to the accident.
