38-year-old Steven Weymouth of Laquey has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court on one felony charge of arson and one felony count of resisting arrest. Court documents allege that on or about April 4th, Weymouth knowingly damaged a mobile home owned by Premier Auto Enterprise by starting the structure on fire. Weymouth also resisted arrest by kicking at Deputies and flailing his arms. Judge Colin Long set a counsel status hearing and a bond review hearing for April 18th, with a preliminary hearing set for May 2nd.
