State Tax Credit back on the books for Low Income Housing Developers

The National Low Income Housing Coalition reports that more than 113-thousand households in Missouri are unable to secure housing that is affordable to them. On Friday Missouri Housing Development Commission voted to restart the Missouri Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. According to Thompson having the state tax credits available, along with the Federal tax credits, should encourage more developers to build housing for people with low incomes.
