He is survived by his wife, Tamera Hicks of the home; two daughters, Daniel Hyatt and her husband Dave of Lebanon, Missouri, Kim Lewis and her husband Travis of Fulton, Missouri; five grandchildren; and a brother, Ronnie Hicks and his wife Mitzi of Lebanon, Missouri.
