A St Robert man who allegedly kept school bus drivers from leaving the school grounds in Stoutland back in February is scheduled to be arraigned by Camden County Circuit Court on Wednesday. Chris Plotner was arrested by County Deputies, in the fenced-in area of the bus barn. When a Deputy searched Plotner, he was found to be in possession of a loaded handgun. According to the arresting officer, the gun had a round in the chamber, the hammer cocked back and the safety was disengaged. Plotner, a convicted felon, was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm.
