St. Robert man in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court on charges of assault in the first degree

Christopher Quale of St. Robert has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court on charges of assault in the first degree. Court documents allege that between August 11th and August 12th, Quale knowingly caused physical injury to another by punching them multiple times about the head and body, and choking them. Quale pleaded not guilty to the charges. Judge Colin Long ordered Quale to personally appear for a counsel status hearing on August 28th and a preliminary hearing on September 11th.
