St. Robert Man Faces Charges of Tampering and Driving While Intoxicated

A St. Robert man was arraigned in court in Pulaski county on charges of Tampering and Driving while intoxicated. 69 year old Anthony Flozelle Lee is accused of possessing a Chrysler Automobile, without consent of the owner on august 2nd.

He is also accused of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with previous convictions in February 2015… and February 2007…May 2002, and October 1999. Court records list Lee as a chronic offender, and indicate he is required to serve a minimum of two years imprisonment before being eligible for probation or parole.

Judge Colin Long set Anthony Lee’s Bond at $40,000 and set a status of counsel hearing for august 10th.
