St Robert man arraigned on a charge of assault in the first degree and of armed criminal action

Sheldon Cole of the 21-thousand block of Harlan Lane in the St. Robert area has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court in Waynesville on a charge of assault in the first degree and of armed criminal action. Court documents allege that Cole attempted to cause serious physical injury to a male victim by attacking him on August 9th and attempting to retrieve a firearm to use in the attack. Documents further alleged that Cole committed the felony of armed criminal action in doing this.
At his arraignment, Sheldon Cole entered not guilty pleas to the charges. Judge Colin Long ordered him to personally appear for an August 28th preliminary hearing.
