St. Robert economy up! Waiting to see what effect the 3rd round of Covid will have

(St. Robert)–There are early indications that the local economy is rebounding from last year’s Covid-19 pandemic slump. Mayor George Lauritson of St. Robert says the latest sales tax numbers are significantly higher.

It’s too early to tell if this third round of Covid infections, due mainly to the Delta variant, will nip the local economic recovery in the bud.
