St. Louis man was arraigned in court in Pulaski County

A St. Louis man was arraigned in court in Pulaski County on 5 counts of tampering and one count of Stealing. 30-year-old Jamal Wayne is accused of defacing 5 automobiles on May 8th, stealing a Navy Federal debit card without the consent of the owner, also on May 8th. Judge Colin Long set Jamal Wayne’s Preliminary hearing date for June 7th.
