Spar Wars on Saturday

The Spar Wars tournament will be taking place in Lebanon on Saturday at Summit Taekwondo. Summit Taekwondo Director, Johnathan Reagan, says they have added something new to the tournament this year……….

The tournament will take place at Summit Taekwondo on Perimeter Lane. Due to the limited space, the public will not be able to watch the tournament. Reagan says they are looking at holding the next Spar Wars tournament at the Cowan Civic Center so the public can attend. Reagan says enrolling in Taekwondo can have many benefits for your health, and is great in helping people maintain flexibility.
