South Monroe Apartment Building Fire started in a microwave

Investigators now believe they know what caused a fire that nearly destroyed an apartment building in the 400 block of North Monroe in Lebanon on Tuesday. Lebanon Fire Chief Sam Schneider tells Regional Radio News that the fire originated in an apartment at the back of the building….

All of the apartments received significant fire and water damage, and all of the people living there were displaced. The Red Cross is providing some temporary assistance to the residents.
