South Central Correctional Center Inmate Dies

The South Central Correctional Center in Licking has announced the death of an inmate took place Thursday morning. 68-year-old Robert Kelly was pronounced dead at Texas Conty Memorial Hospial in Houston at 9:04 a.m on Thursday.
Mr. Kelly was a 68-year-old male serving an 80-year sentence for sodomy and kidnapping from Jasper County. He was received in the Missouri Department of Corrections on May 28th, 1986.
An autopsy will be conducted.
