Single vehicle accident in Crawford County is the first fatality of 2021 in Troop I

A man from Cuba Missouri was killed in a single-vehicle accident Saturday morning in Crawford County. An S.U.V. driven by 50-year-old Danny E. Evans, lost control on an ice-covered bridge, ran off the right side of the interstate, and overturned, ejecting Evans from the vehicle. A passenger in the S.U.V. 51-year-old Tracey A. Evans suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Missouri Baptist Hospital in Sullivan. This was troop I’s first fatality for the new year.
