The Pulaski County Health Center has received notification of two new cases of COVID-19, giving Pulaski County a total of 107 confirmed cases.
These two cases are not related to one another and are still being investigated. To protect the patients’ right to privacy, identifying information will not be provided.
The Pulaski County Health Center is currently working with other public health system partners to conduct investigation efforts to identify any individual that may have come in close contact with the positive individual to monitor them for symptoms and assist in the containment of the virus.
During case investigation, the following location was identified as a site where possible exposure to the public may have occurred.
Tuesday, June 2nd – Price Cutter-Waynesville during
the early afternoon hours
Any individual identified during contact tracing will be notified directly.
