ARPA Funding Plans Progressing In Laclede

As the deadline to find proper use of the ARPA funding slowly approaches, the plans are quickly coming together for the Laclede County Commission. Presiding Commissioner Randy Angst says one of the plans includes reinforcing the public safety department, to ensure employees don’t have to go elsewhere.

Though nothing is written in stone yet, the Commission also is planning a relocation of the 911 dispatch center to the courthouse. This would provide more space for employees, as well as solve the problem of the sometimes overflowing evidence locker.
