The Back to School Sales Tax Holiday is underway in Missouri giving shoppers a tax break on state sales tax on certain back-to-school items. Some communities are giving an added value to shoppers by exempting city and/or county sales tax as well. Certain big-ticket items are also included in the sales tax holiday….

There are certain restrictions on back-to-school purchases that are exempt from sales tax. You can find out more by contacting the Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce or going online to the Missouri Department of Revenue.
