Shooting Monday afternoon in Pulaski County

On Monday at approximately 5:15 pm, the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department Deputies were dispatched to the 27000 block of Highway 133, for a report of a person shot.
Upon the arrival of the Deputies, a male subject was located with gunshot wounds. The male subject was transported for medical treatment. Further investigation determined the original incident occurred in the 28000 block of Spring Road, located in southwest Pulaski County. This investigation is ongoing, and no further information is being released. Deputies and Detectives are continuing to investigate. The general public is not believed to be in danger, and the incident is not considered random at this time.
